A few weeks ago, on November 26th, I had the honor of flying to London to accept an award on behalf of MarketStar at the Engage Awards, one of the UK’s premier events celebrating excellence in customer, employee, sales, and marketing engagement.
MarketStar was nominated in three categories, and we were particularly eager to win the “Vision and Values” award, as it included nominations for some of our closest competitors, such as Concentrix and TTEC.
Winning this award is a testament to how MarketStar has evolved into a globally dominant player in our industry. Our commitment to our six core values—You Belong, All In Everyday, Leaders Who Amplify, Masters of Our Craft, Creativity That Impacts, and We Care—has been instrumental in driving our growth and innovation.
Having been with MarketStar since 2016 in various capacities, it’s been exhilarating to witness the company’s transformation from a primarily US-based entity to a globally recognized leader. As we conclude 2024 and look forward to the year ahead, I believe MarketStar is well-positioned for another chapter of remarkable growth. Being part of the team that has helped design and drive this growth charter has been the highlight of my career.
The Engage Awards ceremony, held at The Brewery in London, was a glittering event attended by over 650 guests. British comedian, actress, model, and presenter Ellie Taylor delighted the audience and announced the 2024 winners.
This recognition reaffirms the power of vision and values in driving organizational success. Our focus on creating growth for our employees, clients, and communities sets us apart and fuels our innovation and resilience. We have no doubt that our explosive growth is due to our employees living our six values and achieving great results for our clients.
As we prepare to enter 2025, I’m incredibly optimistic about MarketStar’s trajectory. The company is well-positioned for another chapter of growth, innovation, and leadership. For me personally, being part of the team that has helped design and drive this growth charter has been the highlight of my career. I look forward to continuing this journey and contributing to what promises to be another exciting year for MarketStar.
